I am mommynotes. I am 31 years old I have an associates degree in psychology and bachelors degree in Child and Family Development but that does not mean I have all the answers. I am constantly learning and growing as a parent. I met my wonderful husband in eighth grade  We lost touch, but we met back up our senior year of high school. We have been together ever since. We are celebrating our 8th year of marriage this year.

I am a Christian, and I am conservative in my views.  I love blogging and I have met so many wonderful people. I do write about politics from time to time but I mostly try and write about motherhood and things that are on my heart.

I am very blessed to be a stay at home mom of two beautiful and bright girls.  Pookie is 7 and Peanut is 2 1/2. They are two of the many joys of my life.
