Sour Cream Chicken

From my grandmother


1 Pkg of boneless, skinless, cooked chicken (best if boiled for 30 minutes or until done)

1 (16 oz) container of sour cream  (I  use light sour cream to make it more  fat conscious)

1 package stuffing

1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup (I use Campbell’s Healthy Request b/c it does not have MSG)

½ a soup can of milk

The making of sour cream chicken:

Preheat oven at 350 *

Spray bottom of pan with cooking spray

Cut up cooked chicken and put it in the bottom of your baking pan

Cook stuffing according to directions

Mix stuffing, sour cream, soup and milk together

Pour stuffing, sour cream mixture over chicken

Bake on 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown
